revolutionalizing the party scene of Hiphop, R&B, Urban, Electro, Breakbeats, Mash-
up and Turntablism. An ersatz version he is not, he invariably transcends, interpreting
the clubbers' vibes with his undeniable signature sounds when it comes to DJ-ing.

next sphere. The affable jock was a two-time champion in the Malaysian DMC in
1996 and 1999, representing the country at the world DMC Championship in Italy
and the USA to compete with world class maestros. DJ Ken's popularity earned him
numerous gigs/events throughout Malaysia in clubs such as Mois (Penang), Dreams
(Butterworth), Barroom, Tin Valley (Ipoh), Ice bar (Sabah) just to name a few.

His recent international night in D2, Macau has changed the local perception towards
Malaysian DJs. Not wanting to limit himself to DJ residencies, Ken established himself
as an adept remixer by reconstructing tracks from an incredible array of artists; some
of Malaysia's eponymous names in music - Rock Diva Ella, Too Phat, the Teh Tarik
Crew, Erra Fazira, Ning Baizura, Ziana Zain & Amy Mastura. He is now collaborating
with renowned DJ/producer Jamaster A (Hong Kong) & involved in numerous
production work with Hong Kong/China artistes. He is a deft one when it comes to
spreading his infectious sound as he pays his airtime dues on renowned radio stations
while seriously burning up the floors at party scenes, on Club Hitz - the biggest DJ mix
show on the #1 hits radio station : Hitz.FM prolific in the art of DJ-ing, it is by far, a
synonymous consensus, that DJ Ken is the epitome of beatsperminute!

Taking advices from DJ Nesh and also DJ Ssense to further improve his skills he then
got a opportunity to spin in Quattro. He made it through the audition under TJ Da DJ
from Sanctuary and DJ Roundhead from Quattro. He was under the wings of DJ
Roundhead, TJ Da DJ, DJ Kash and other resident DJs there.

Perfecting his flow from Retro Old Skool to New Skool to Hip Hop & RnB is his
constant aim. His passion for music is still as strong as ever.

She has a passion on every aspect of what she does & always looking for new opportunities to widen her perspectives. As a pro-active DJ, she gets to enhance her DJ-ing skill and get advised by other senior professional DJs. Music has always been a part of her life although life has taken her in many different directions!

DJ Funkzu has stamped his indelible imprint on the music scene since the mid-1990s.
His passion for music is greatly undeniable. Ever since he was young, he has a passion
for all kinds of music. When he reached 17, he got his first job in a record shop. His
interest started to grow from day to day, promoting new released albums and tracks
not only as part of his job but as a sense of satisfaction to him as he was able to share
his passion about music with people. He then realized that he needs to move a step
into the music industry therefore he started picking up DJ-ing and he quickly get
comfortable on the deck. His style is a mix of all kinds of breakbeats.

He has managed to master all the basic skill in DJ-ing within a very short period of 3
weeks. His talent has proved to people that he was called in to play in 'Paragon', a
rave party organized by Tempo Events in 1996. He continued to play in other big
events such as 'Mangaism', 'Jungle Party' and etc. He also played in big-named clubs
like 'Movement', 'Arena', and earning a residency in 'Boom boom Room'.

Now he is seen again in the Kuala Lumpur dancing scene. As his sense of music
developed, his genre has moved from pumping breakbeats to sexy RnB, Hip Hop,
Pop Rap & Pop Dance.
